Important information for 9 years/parents/teams.

Below lists the requirements for the 9 years games for the 2024 winter competition.

9 Years – Thursday afternoon competition at Canoon Road

• Winter season games will be played at either 5pm or 6pm Thursday afternoon/evenings. All teams must be available to play at either timeslot

• All teams must rotate players up to and including week/round 7 – 13th June 2024. KNA Grading will monitor this age group to ensure all players are being rotated during this time.

Players need to move into a different third of the court each half. e.g. players cannot play GD first half and GK second half.

• 9 years cannot be borrowed into any games played at Lofberg Courts, even if an 8-year-old is playing up in 9 years. Only players turning 8 years in 2024 (YOB: 2016) are permitted to be borrowed into 9 years games at Canoon Road Courts.

From week/round 8 (Thursday 20th June) coaches can move players into more permanent positions.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE

• 9 Years Grading/Round Robin will be held on Sunday 17th March at Canoon Rd Courts at 9am sharp (weather permitting) – All teams are expected to attend. If for some reason a team cannot attend, please advise KNA Grading Convenor ASAP via email at knagrad@kna.com.au.
